Our Team.
Natural Essence is built on a simple philosophy:
The body is a system — not a collection of isolated parts.
Our approach blends clinical bodywork, assisted stretch therapy, and nervous system awareness to help clients move better, recover faster, and perform at a higher level. We don’t focus on temporary relief alone — we focus on restoring how the body functions over time.
What makes our team different is how we think.
We look beyond where pain shows up and identify the patterns behind it. Every session is intentional, combining mobility work and hands-on therapy to support long-term change, not just short-term results.
Whether you’re an athlete, a professional, or someone looking to feel better in your body, our goal is the same:
To help you move with more freedom, more control, and more confidence.
This is recovery, done with purpose.
Founder & CEO, Natural Essence Lead Recovery & Mobility Specialist Noah Bradsher is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of Natural Essence, dedicated to helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and perform at a higher level through intentional recovery work. With a background in clinical bodywork and performance-based care, he integrates assisted stretch therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and nervous system–focused recovery to address the body as a complete system. His approach goes beyond temporary relief. Noah focuses on identifying underlying patterns that contribute to tension, restriction, and imbalance—combining mobility work and hands-on therapy to support long-term structural change. Through Natural Essence, he creates an environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies, move with greater freedom, and build a foundation for consistent recovery. His work is rooted in the belief that when the body feels safe, supported, and properly aligned, it performs the way it was designed to. Whether working with athletes or individuals seeking to feel better in their everyday movement, his goal remains the same: to help each client move with more confidence, more control, and a deeper sense of balance.
Genevieve Myers is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel supported in their wellness journey. With a background in rehabilitation and performance-based care, she combines clinical knowledge with a calm, intentional approach to healing. She creates space for clients to slow down, release built-up tension, and restore balance through nervous system–based recovery, mobility, and intentional bodywork. Her goal is to help each client feel more at ease, more aware, and more aligned—supporting a lifestyle rooted in long-term wellness, recovery, and overall vitality.
